Turret Pack Version 2

After some decision I've updated the pack to modify the Laser turrets. The laser cannon seemed too large as it was, so I added a 32x32 turret body to house a single laser cannon, created a 48x48 dual laser cannon, and added a reskinned barrel and projectile to represent a heavy laser cannon using the old laser cannon turret body. 

This update does not change the monetization of the pack, although I am considering adding a part 2 which may be paid depending on size and quality of the final release.
